  • Do not automatically carry forward beyond the stated membership period

Unlimited golf memberships provide access to the golf course during the applicable membership period, subject to:

  • Tee-time availability
  • Course operating hours
  • Weather and course conditions

  • Tournaments, private events or temporary closures
  • The rules and policies of The Diamond

A membership does not guarantee a particular tee time or uninterrupted access to the course.

Power carts, rentals, tournaments, leagues, food, merchandise and other paid services are not included unless specifically stated in the selected membership offer.

Promotional Memberships

Promotional memberships are subject to the eligibility requirements, purchase deadline, membership period and other conditions stated in the applicable offer.

If a purchaser does not meet the eligibility requirements, The Diamond may:

  • Cancel the promotional membership and refund the amount paid; or

The golf seasons included with the 2-for-1 membership and any additional playing period will be identified in the applicable offer and purchase confirmation.

Payments and Refunds

All membership prices are stated in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund or other rights available under applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to The Diamond. Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
Regular-Priced Memberships

Regular-priced memberships may be cancelled for a full refund before the golf course opens for the applicable season.

After the course opens, a prorated refund may be considered until June 30 when a registered member is unable to continue golfing because of:

  • A documented medical condition or injury
  • A permanent relocation that prevents reasonable use of the membership

Approved prorated refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the published golf season, beginning on the approved cancellation date.

Refunds will not be provided after the course opens because of:

  • A change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Unused rounds or playing time
  • Weather-related interruptions
  • Temporary course closures
  • Personal circumstances that do not meet the requirements above

Regular-priced memberships become non-refundable after June 30.

  • Weather or course conditions
  • Maintenance or repairs
